Aroma: A slight sweet citrus scent with a touch of lavender. Since our vodka is produced exclusively from wine floral and citrus notes are always slightly present.
Palate: Another smooth Rainfire spirit with a soft mouthfeel. Notes of citrus follow the palate as with the aroma. Slight unexpected floral flavor.
Finish: Long on my tongue with a gentle warmth/softening effect with the aftertaste, which I consider favorable. The entire mouth “feels” this vodka.

Aroma: You’ll immediately detect a scent of vanilla and caramel. They’re both there, but you’ll have to decide which hits the nose first.
Palate: Surprisingly smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla, caramel and a sense of brown sugar. No detectable sweetness or oak earthy taste. Oak present, but not overwhelming.
Finish: Long on my tongue with a gentle warmth/softening effect with the aftertaste, which I consider favorable.

Aroma: Traditional aromas with extra depth; unfolding layers of butterscotch, brown sugar, caramels and silky vanilla which open as it breathes.
Palate: Butterscotch front, fresh coffee and rich dark chocolate follow. A hint of toasted nuttiness with a buttery finish, and caramels that continue to open on the back of the palate.
Finish: Exceedingly rich with a velvet-like softening finish across the tongue, lacking typical starch sweetness. Incomparably smooth – exclusively crafted for sipping, but enjoyed any way.

Aroma: Silky cherry-vanilla aroma with hints of citrus, white peach, madeira and oak. Rich cranberry, caramel cream – and of course, cabernet sauvignon wine.
Palate: Full-bodied spirit, rich fruitiness akin to madeira and plum. Notes of tangerine citrus. Classic oak, subtle vanilla, light caramels.
Finish: Luscious and rich, complex mouthfeel which is longue on the tongue. Boasts the same classic velvety finish that our Rainfire Bourbon is known for.

Aroma: Bold but smooth pepper and sweet juniper. A light sweetness and subtle tart like that of a fresh grapefruit or dried apricot.
Palate: Notes of lemongrass, fresh leafy vegetables and microgreens. Strong peaks and valleys of tangerine tart and pear sweetness. Notes of butterscotch and vanilla.
Finish: Classic Rainfire smoothness from the bourbon barrel finish, with a softening effect on the aftertaste. Light and thin palate, crisp and complex mouthfeel.

Aroma: Light bergamot and yuzu aromas with hints of elderflower, jasmine and lemon thyme. Sweet but savory juniper, fresh cut pine and coriander.
Palate: Flavors of rich cardamom with notes of sage and fresh squeezed lemon zest. Hints of fennel leaf and eucalyptus follow the traditional bold juniper flavors and aromas.
